1. GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS

At Fabby Stitch, we take pride in delivering made-to-order products that reflect our commitment to quality, efficiency, and transparency. All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with applicable New York State and U.S. federal regulations, including compliance with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
  • Standard orders are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
  • Custom orders with uploaded artwork may require up to 7 business days for design validation and printing.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal and state holidays.

Note: Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

Fabby Stitch ships orders via reputable third-party carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS (First-Class, Priority Mail)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international shipments, if applicable)

Shipping method and cost are calculated based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination (domestic or international)
  • Delivery speed selected at checkout

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates unless Express Shipping is purchased and confirmed in writing.

4. SHIPPING COVERAGE
  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping may be offered selectively and is subject to country-specific customs laws, duties, and delays.
5. SHIPPING FEES & CHARGES
  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and vary by location, carrier, and selected service level.
  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or for orders exceeding a specified subtotal.
  • Fabby Stitch does not assume liability for additional customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on international shipments.
6. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, items may be shipped separately (e.g., if fulfilled from multiple POD partners). This will not affect the overall shipping cost displayed at checkout.

7. ORDER TRACKING

Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number and carrier link via email. You can track your order status on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.
If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact sales@fabbystitch.com.

8. DELIVERY ISSUES & LIABILITY

Fabby Stitch is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other force majeure events
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of order

Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s obligation to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

9. UNDELIVERED & RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Fabby Stitch due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to claim the package from the carrier

We will notify the customer via email. The customer may opt to have the order re-shipped at their expense or request a refund (minus shipping charges, if applicable). Refunds will not be issued for custom or personalized items.

10. LEGAL DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pursuant to New York General Business Law and U.S. commerce regulations, Fabby Stitch shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delayed or failed delivery, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, fraud alerts, or suspected abuse.
