1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW
At Fabby Stitch, each item is made-to-order with your selected color, size, and optional design customization. Due to the nature of Print-on-Demand (POD) production, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This policy is designed to maintain high production efficiency, reduce waste, and protect both customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
2. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:
- Custom-designed or personalized products (including uploaded artwork/text)
- Incorrect size ordered by customer (please review our size chart carefully)
- “Change of mind” or buyer’s remorse
- Slight color variations due to screen vs print differences
- Items returned without prior authorization
Per FTC guidelines, made-to-order and customized goods are exempt from standard return requirements unless defective or not as described.
3. ELIGIBLE RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will replace or refund items under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
- You received the wrong item, size, or design
- Your order was never delivered due to an error on our part
4. TIMEFRAME FOR RETURN REQUEST
You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product issue
- A brief description of the problem
All claims should be submitted via email to sales@fabbystitch.com or through our customer support page.
5. APPROVED RETURN PROCESS
Once your return/refund request is approved:
- You may be asked to return the defective item to our New York office
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping label (if applicable)
- Replacement items will be reprinted and shipped at no cost to you
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
6. REFUND METHOD & TIMING
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the original method of payment
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution
- We will notify you by email once your refund is issued
7. LEGAL DISCLOSURES & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Fabby Stitch reserves the right to:
- Refuse refunds or returns that do not comply with this policy
- Reject claims submitted after the 7-day window
- Request return of goods before issuing any replacement/refund
- Limit returns in cases of abuse or suspicious activity
Under U.S. federal law, Fabby Stitch is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
- Customer errors in order information (address, size, etc.)

9. COMPLIANCE & CONSUMER RIGHTS
This policy adheres to:
- New York General Business Law § 218-A
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule
- Custom Goods Exemption Clause under U.S. eCommerce regulation
